Why must the exported signal jammer be customized according to the country and operator frequency band?
“multi-band” does not mean that a fixed frequency band table applies globally; national frequency bands, on-site signals and local authorizations need to be confirmed separately.

Exporting signal jammer does not allow you to directly copy the frequency band configuration of one country to another. Operator licenses, 5G deployment, spectrum refarming, and Wi-Fi usage areas differ, and the project must also simultaneously meet local regulations, site boundaries, and delivery conditions.
Why does “multi-band” still need to be confirmed by country?
“multi-band” typically indicates that the device can combine multiple communication channels, but it does not mean that a single fixed frequency band table covers all operators worldwide. Target countries may use different uplink and downlink ranges, and may also allocate the same spectrum to different services. The project should first list the local operators and communication types that need to be managed, and then confirm the center range and module configuration for each channel.
What inputs are needed for national customization?
- Target countries, cities, and major mobile operators;
- On-site testing of 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and Wi-Fi signals at the project site;
- Legally authorized use cases, timeframes, and coverage boundaries;
- Omnidirectional, directional, external antennas, adjustable splitter or network management requirements;
- Local voltage, plug, interface and instruction manual language, labeling and packaging requirements.
Customizable project content
Within the limits of product structure and project feasibility, we can communicate regarding frequency bands, antenna types, control methods, power supplies and plugs, interface languages, instruction manuals, branding, packaging, accessories, and bulk delivery plans. All customizations should be included in the quotation or technical confirmation document, avoiding confirmation solely through chat logs.
The on-site signal still determines the final deployment.
Even if the frequency bands match perfectly, the signal shielding distance may still be shortened when the site is near a base station, window, or high floor. National customization addresses whether the frequency band matches the delivery conditions, while on-site surveying addresses where the equipment should be placed, how many units are needed, and whether the authorized boundaries can be controlled. The two are not interchangeable.
Compliance Responsibilities and Acceptance
Before procurement and deployment, the project owner should confirm the import, sale, possession, installation, and usage requirements. During acceptance testing, each item should be checked for effectiveness within the target frequency band and authorized area, as well as for impacts outside the boundaries. Equipment serial numbers, configurations, test locations, and results should be retained.
